  • What materials are your products made from?
    The materials vary by product, but all are carefully selected for durability and quality. Details are listed in each product description.
  • Will the colors of the product match the images online?
    I strive to ensure product colors are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal and Stripe.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes, your payment details are processed securely through trusted payment providers. I do not store any payment information on my website.
  • Can I request a custom design?
    I’m not offering custom designs at this time, but feel free to share your ideas for future consideration!
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Gift cards are not currently available, but I hope to offer them soon.
  • How can I contact you?
    You can reach me via email or through the contact form on my website. I aim to respond within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Do you accept commissions?
    Currently I will only be accepting commissions based in Australia. Any enquiries outside will be case by case.
  • Are all your art featured on this site your original artwork?
    Yes! I take a lot of pride in my work and do not use any AI or computer generated images in my art as I am not a digital artist/illustrator. Any fan art pays homage to my current obsessions with all character rights to the respected companies and owners.
  • Where can I see your artwork in person?
    I am currently based in Brisbane, Australia and have artworks scattered about occasionally. A majority of my work are displayed permanently at Base Art and Framing at Holland Park West. And new shows or projects will be announced on the main page or via blog posts.
  • How are your products made?
    All products are made to order using Printful.com. This ensures high-quality prints and reduces waste.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once your order is placed, it goes directly into production and cannot be canceled. Please double-check your details before confirming.
  • Can I customise my order?
    At this time, all designs are pre-set and cannot be customised unless offered. I may offer custom options in the future—stay tuned!
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders arrive within 7-14 business days after production.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, I ship worldwide! Additional shipping fees and customs charges may apply for international orders.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
  • What should I do if my package is delayed?
    Shipping delays can happen due to external factors. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact me.
  • Can I return or exchange my product?
    As products are made to order, I can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
  • What if I ordered the wrong size?
    Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to the size chart provided before making your purchase.
  • How do I report a damaged or defective product?
    Email me at the Contact Us link with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. I’ll work with Printful to resolve the problem quickly.
