- All products are made to order using Printful.com. Please allow at least 7-14 business days for production and shipping.

- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information as soon as your item ships.

- As products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue and your order details. I will work with Printful to resolve the matter promptly.

- Please note that I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, so double-check sizing charts before purchasing.

 

3. **Cancellations**:

- Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to production and cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

 

4. **Shipping**:

- Shipping times vary based on location. Delays may occur due to external factors such as customs or shipping carrier issues.

- I am not responsible for delays caused by third parties, but I will assist in resolving any issues.
